Mistral is seeking a People Tech & Analytics Lead to own the HR tech stack and drive data-driven decision making across the people function. You will shape the roadmap for HRIS, integrations, data architecture, and analytics while automating processes with our models and agents.

You will lead a small team and collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and HR operations to ensure compliant, scalable systems and actionable insights for hiring, growth, retention and rewards.

Qualificações

• Deep experience in HR technology and people analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong product mindset: turn complex employee needs into intuitive HR solutions.
• Experience with HiBob, Deel or Rippling, and integrations to ATS, payroll, identity and finance.
• Solid workflow-automation experience (n8n) and building with LLMs, agents and APIs.
• Strong analytics foundations (forecasting, visualization, modern data stack).
• Familiarity with GDPR and data governance; ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the people-tech roadmap and the HR tech stack end to end.
• Define people metrics and lead analysis on workforce trends.
• Oversee dashboards, self-serve reporting and insights for managers.
• Drive people-data governance with Legal and Privacy.
• Own automation and AI roadmap for people processes; lead cross-functional projects.
• Manage and mentor the People Tech & Analytics Engineer; grow the team.
