Mistral is hiring a People Tech & Analytics Engineer to build data pipelines and automate HR processes across HRIS, ATS, payroll and identity systems. You will develop data workflows, dashboards, and automated tooling to support People Operations with reliable data and actionable insights.

You will work with HR systems integrations, data warehousing, and modern data stack tools, helping reduce manual work and enable leadership with conversational insights.

Competenze

• Strong practical SQL and Python skills: you are comfortable building pipelines and transformations yourself.

Mansioni

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data pipelines across HR systems, run data quality checks, and fix inconsistencies at the source.
• Implement and evolve the Metabase visualization layer of our people data lake, build dashboards, and run analyses of workforce trends and organisational health.
• Design, build, test and document automated workflows using Mistral models, agents and APIs, with audit trail and runbooks.
