sunday is seeking a People Operations Associate in Paris to support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on contracts, onboarding, payroll, benefits and offboarding, with an emphasis on accuracy, discretion and improving documentation.

You’ll work in a fintech environment and partner with Finance, IT and Talent teams. This hands‑on position is ideal for those starting their People career, who are curious, organised and eager to learn, able to handle multiple requests

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration or related roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, empathetic communication in French (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in English; comfortable in an international environment.
• Discretion and handling confidential information with care.

Responsabilités

• Assist employees and managers with day‑to‑day HR questions.
• Support contracts, onboarding, payroll, benefits and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and Notion.
• Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities with managers and IT.
• Contribute to documentation and improve HR workflows.
• Provide timely follow‑up on People requests and inquiries.
