GoodNews in Paris is seeking a full-time People Operations employee to join our Human Resources team.

You will handle Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Offboarding, Shift Scheduling and HR Administration & Compliance, ensuring smooth operations and legal compliance across our stores and HQ.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years HR experience in fast-paced settings such as hospitality or retail, are fluent in French and English, and have hands-on experience with HRIS tools like Factorial or Personio.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources in fast-paced environments.
• At least 1 year in retail/restaurants, hospitality, or startups.
• Proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is valuable.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Factorial, Personio).

Responsabilités

• Recruitment: first contact for recruitment needs and salary benchmarking.
• Onboarding: coordinate onboarding and training sessions; manage registrations.
• Payroll management: calculate bonuses, reimbursements, and monthly payroll costs.
• Offboarding: manage resignations and legal compliance; conduct exit interviews.
• Shift scheduling: assign shifts and publish weekly schedules.
• HR Administration & compliance: manage HRIS data, KPI reporting, and labour law compliance.
