Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR/People Operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and English due to international context.

Responsabilités

• People Administration: manage contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR records.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: coordinate onboarding journeys and exit interviews.
• Office Management: run daily office operations, vendor relations, and events.
• Cross-functional Projects: support performance reviews and employer branding.
