Swan is seeking a Master’s student for a 1-year apprenticeship in the People/HR Ops team. You’ll support onboarding, administration, and daily HR tasks while contributing to payroll and compensation projects.

Ideal candidates combine startup stamina with rigor, discretion, and a proactive mindset, fluent in French and proficient in English, and comfortable with Excel and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• You’re a student in a Master’s degree (HR/Business) looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship.
• You have a first HR internship experience.
• You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Confidential data handling, proactive, rigorous, and eager to learn.
• Languages: professional English and fluent French.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new Swanees monthly, guiding from offer to start.
• Manage onboarding/off-boarding, contracts, addendums, social affiliations, health insurance.
• Answer day-to-day HR requests and keep HRIS up to date.
• Participate in projects such as due diligence and payroll optimization.
