Swan is seeking an HR apprenticeship to support the People team in building and structuring the HR department in a fast-paced startup environment. You will report to the HR Ops Team Manager and help streamline onboarding, contract administration, and HRIS upkeep.

Ideal candidates are Master’s students in HR or business, with at least one HR internship and fluency in French, professional English, and strong Excel/Google Suite skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in HR/business and seeking at least 1 year of apprenticeship.
• First HR internship experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
• Proactive, rigorous, and able to handle confidential data.

Responsabilités

• Assist onboarding/offboarding processes and employment contracts.
• Support HR admin tasks: social affiliations, health insurance, addendums.
• Maintain HRIS and employee files; respond to internal tickets.
• Contribute to payroll, benefits, and project initiatives.
