swanio in Paris is seeking an HR apprentice to coordinate training programs and manage external training providers. You'll work closely with the People team, ensuring high-quality training and engagement for our ~350 employees.

We're looking for a proactive student pursuing a Master's in HR or a related field, with strong organization skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluence in both English and French. Join us!

Qualifications

• You are a student in a Master's degree and looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship.
• Experience in HR or training/L&D is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the training lifecycle for approximately 350 employees.
• Coordinate with external training providers.
• Analyze post-training satisfaction surveys and improve training quality.
