Morpho Labs in Paris is hiring for an HR & Office Operations role to ensure smooth day-to-day People and HR administration as the team grows beyond 70 people. You will own payroll, onboarding, and office operations end-to-end to keep talent and leadership focused on the product.

The role requires regular Paris office presence, strong organizational skills, and fluency in French with professional English. You will contribute to a high-trust, growth-driven environment with generous health coverage

Qualifications

• Experience or strong curiosity to learn People/HR operations, payroll, or office management.
• Highly organized and autonomous.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools, AI, and automations.
• Strong ownership.
• Based in Paris and able to be regularly present in the office.
• Native or near-native French, plus professional English.
• Humble.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, across three areas: Employee Experience & Office, People Operations, Payroll & Administration.
• Support office operations, liaise with building/workspace provider, manage room bookings and deliveries.
• Coordinate office vendors, supplies, equipment, and facilities requests.
• Assist with budget tracking and asset management with Finance.
• Provide backup for People and HR admin during absences.
• Support payroll changes, benefits updates, PTO and documentation.
• Handle invoices, expense tracking and vendor administration.
