Choco in Paris is seeking a People Operations Intern to support HR operations and ensure the Paris office runs smoothly. You’ll help with payroll administration, contracts, and HR docs, while learning how a fast-growing tech company handles people processes.

You’ll maintain records in Notion, coordinate facilities, welcome staff, and assist with office events. This hands-on role offers real ownership and exposure to an international team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bac+2 or Bac+3 in HR/Business
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, autonomous and eager to learn
• People-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Previous internship or student job experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and Notion documentation
• Coordinate day-to-day Paris office operations: facilities, vendors, and supplies
• Welcome employees and visitors and support office events and engagement initiatives
• Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes
