Spiko is seeking a People Operations & Office Management Specialist in Paris. You will be the backbone of People Operations, managing admin tasks, creating onboarding experiences, and keeping the office running smoothly in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will have autonomy and work on cross-functional projects to grow toward an HR Business Partner role, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, payroll support, HRIS, and office operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR/People Operations.
• Highly organized, reactive and detail-oriented; able to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and English for international context.

Responsabilités

• Owns People Operations administratives, onboarding and office management.
• Supports cross-functional projects to prepare for HR Business Partner path.
• Manages onboarding journeys, training schedules, and support materials.
• Acts as a liaison between HR and managers to ensure Day 1 readiness.
