ScorePlay Inc. in Paris is hiring a People Ops Intern to support HR admin, office life and talent acquisition across international teams. You will own real projects end to end, bring your own ideas, and help scale our people operations as we grow.

You’ll handle contracts, onboarding, benefits and events while piloting automation with Claude and assisting employer branding. A proactive, English-fluent candidate who loves AI and logistics will thrive in our fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 6 months availability, starting Sep 2026 or Jan 2027.
• Based in Paris and fully comfortable working in English.
• Thorough and reliable — you follow up and mind details.
• Curious about AI and eager to learn; no deep technical background required.
• You bring ideas; we move fast and implement good suggestions.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day HR admin and onboarding across international teams.
• Take ownership of Paris office logistics, visitors and equipment management.
• Become our go-to expert on Deel and maintain country-specific workflows.
• Assist Talent Acquisition and employer brand content planning.
• Support sourcing research when opening new roles or markets.
