Mind Retail is seeking a People Advisor to support line managers and staff across employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, and HR administration.

This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in the London office, a salary of £41,242 per year, and 25 days of holiday. You will contribute to a collaborative People Team and help deliver high-quality services across our retail operation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting line managers through a range of employee relations cases (sickness, disciplinary, grievances, flexible working).
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding administration.
• Ability to work across the employee lifecycle and partner with payroll and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Support line managers with employee relations and people matters end-to-end.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate staff records and HR system data.
• Collaborate on People projects and broader People Strategy initiatives.
