The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Central HR Team. Based across our trust, you will provide professional HR guidance to managers, support recruitment and onboarding, and help drive employee engagement and wellbeing.

You will handle employee relations cases, maintain policy compliance, analyse HR data, and contribute to organisational development. A Level 5 CIPD (or equivalent) and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds, or is working towards, a Level 5 HR qualification, ideally CIPD.
• Significant experience in an HR advisory, coordinator or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practice and people management processes.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident working with HR systems, data and reporting tools, including Excel.
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional HR advice and guidance across a wide range of employee matters.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities across the trust.
• Assist with employee relations cases, including attendance, disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
• Produce and analyse HR data to support informed decision-making.
• Support learning, development and organisational change initiatives.
• Promote employee wellbeing, engagement and positive workplace culture.
• Help ensure HR compliance, consistency and best practice across the trust.
