The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Central HR Team. Based across our trust, you will provide professional HR guidance to managers, support recruitment and onboarding, and help drive employee engagement and wellbeing.
You will handle employee relations cases, maintain policy compliance, analyse HR data, and contribute to organisational development. A Level 5 CIPD (or equivalent) and strong communication are essential.

Whilst supporting colleagues across the Trust, the successful candidate will have a particular focus on providing HR support to the Trust’s catering function, including recruitment, probation, sickness absence and appraisal processes.
