Compass Lexecon is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to support offices across Europe and Asia within a seven-person HR/Recruitment/Learning & Development team. You will drive lateral recruitment, headcount forecasting, and stakeholder engagement while enhancing candidate experience.

Reporting to the Recruitment and L&D Manager, you will manage Workday data, coordinate interviews, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in lateral recruitment across multiple locations.
• Experience with headcount reporting and recruitment analytics.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Experience with data tools (Power BI, Excel) and AI tools.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across offices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source, and progress candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment filings.
• Develop talent planning and forecasting models.
• Analyze headcount data to identify trends and hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment events.
• Support HR and L&D teams with regional initiatives.
