Revolut Ltd is seeking a Junior People Partner to support the growth of our fast expanding teams. You will apply data-driven HR strategies, partner with managers, and help develop people-focused initiatives that enhance our employee experience.

You’ll collaborate across HR to drive onboarding, development, and performance processes while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Experience reviewing and developing policies and procedures
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted strategic advisor for managers in HR and related people decisions
• Proactively identifying people issues and trends and implementing solutions with key stakeholders
• Optimising day-to-day HR operations with central HR teams
• Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within accounts
• Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures
