Job summary

Docebo is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in Paris to own and elevate our office culture, hospitality, and daily operations. You will craft a thriving local community, plan memorable events, and ensure facilities run smoothly while aligning with global programs.

This role also visits our Lyon office and partners with local teams, leadership, vendors, and cross‑functional colleagues to create an energized environment where top talent loves to gather, collaborate, and thrive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or employee experience.
• Experience conceptualizing and hosting community events with budgeting.
• Strong vendor management, budget forecasting, space planning, and facilities logistics.
• Fluent in French and English to bridge global and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience: elevate daily office operations and hospitality-driven environment.
• Curate the Culture: own the local engagement calendar with events and wellness initiatives.
• Master the Operations: manage facilities, vendors, repairs, supplies, security, and space planning.
• Build Strong Alliances: partner with local employees, leadership, landlords, and global partners.
• Drive Strategic Growth: oversee budget, PO processes, and office projects.
• Listen and Evolve: gather feedback and adapt global workplace programs to Paris.
