WeWork is seeking a Community Lead in Paris to elevate the member experience and foster a thriving workspace community. You will report to the building leadership and drive engagement through curated events, member-to-member introductions, and a welcoming environment for guests.

You will manage member relations, host regular conversations, and coordinate move-ins/outs while aligning with WeWork standards and enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Proficient in local language and culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Attentive to detail and relationship-driven.

Responsabilités

• Engage members with exceptional service and anticipate needs.
• Plan and host events to build community.
• Support front desk and move-in/out processes.
• Coordinate member communications and feedback.
• Manage building operations and safety compliance.
• Assist sales with tours for prospective members.
