Job summary

Joko USA Inc. is seeking a Workplace Manager based in Paris to own the Paris office end-to-end, coordinate events, onboarding, and culture initiatives as the company scales globally.

You will partner with the People, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for a growing team across multiple locations. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in workplace/office management, strong ownership, and excellent communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Workplace, Office Management, People Operations, Event Management, or a similar role in a fast-growing tech company.
• Owns an office and a set of team rituals end-to-end — you know what it takes to make them impeccable.
• Strong ownership of scope from strategy to detail, managing complex projects with little supervision.
• Attention to detail and organizational discipline, even under pressure.
• Fluent in French and English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Paris office end-to-end, manage service providers, supplies, and facilities.
• Design and run team events (All Hands, Joko Academies, parties) and scale rituals across geographies.
• Oversee onboarding from contract to IT setup and introductions to the team.
• Maintain culture and office experience as the company grows internationally.
• Keep admin and compliance airtight with accounting and legal coordination.
