Job summary

WeWork in Paris seeks a Community Lead to elevate the member experience at the location. You will report to the building and ensure WeWork standards are met, delivering a welcoming environment and curating events based on member interests.

You will drive engagement, support move-ins/outs, and collaborate with the Events team to host weekly events and foster business connections among members and guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain members through proactive outreach and events.
• Host and coordinate weekly social events to foster community at the location.
• Assist with move-in/move-out activities and onboarding for new members.
• Support front desk operations and ensure consistent coverage during business hours.
• Maintain building operations, safety procedures, and communicate updates to members.
