Job summary

Dust is seeking a People and Workplace Experience Manager in Paris to own the employee journey from onboarding to day-to-day experiences across offices in Paris, London, New York and San Francisco. You will partner with People Ops, IT, Finance and site leads to ensure seamless handoffs, build culture through rituals and events, and drive improvements based on feedback.

You'll manage office life, vendor relations, budget, and the evolving physical, hybrid and digital workplace as the company

Responsibilities

• Own the employee journey end to end, from pre-boarding to first days and beyond.
• Coordinate with People Ops, IT, Finance, and site leads to ensure smooth handoffs across the employee lifecycle.
• Build culture and community through rituals, events, and offsites across multiple offices.
• Listen to employee feedback, turn it into concrete actions, and define simple metrics to track experience.
