Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd seeks a Systems Administrator in Paris to support ticketing, POS systems and business applications. You will oversee maintenance, upgrades, testing and integrations, and provide training and documentation across departments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of systems administration experience, strong SQL Server, T-SQL and SSRS skills, Windows Server knowledge, ITIL/PCI familiarity and bilingual French/English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience with SQL Server and ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, networking and cybersecurity basics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of PCI compliance and ITIL incident/change management.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to support after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain business applications, particularly ticketing systems and POS platforms.
• Monitor ticket inventory, admissions and time slots across channels.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and external providers.
• Maintain and update system documentation and support processes.
• Manage software upgrades, testing and system changes.
• Develop and execute test scenarios for ticketing platforms, webstores, APIs and integrations.
• Deliver training on POS systems to colleagues.
• Use SQL Server, T-SQL and SSRS to support reporting and administration.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and payment security standards.
• Collaborate with business teams and IT stakeholders to support operations.
• Support system performance and ongoing improvements.
