SUMMIT Paris, operated by SUMMIT Entertainment Venture, seeks a Systems Administrator to join the launch team. You’ll manage the Ticketing application stack, POS integrations, and ITIL-aligned operations for a high-profile immersive venue in Paris.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Microsoft SQL Server/SSRS/T-SQL, Windows OS, and POS/CRM systems, with bilingual English/French communication. Availability for nights/weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in SQL Server, SSRS, T-SQL, Windows OS, networks, and cybersecurity basics.
• PCI compliance knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Hands-on with POS systems and MS Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with ticketing/admissions POS systems.
• Experience supporting admissions operations.
• Team player and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Align configuration with business needs and maintain production of the Ticketing stack.
• Oversee admissions inventory across sales channels.
• Participate in multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Document SOPs for system administration aligned with business processes.
• Coordinate training on POS systems for teams.
• Perform software upgrades with testing and proper documentation.
• Adhere to ITIL processes for incidents, problems and changes.
• Document and track system issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet department requirements.
• Develop and run test scripts for ticketing/admission systems.
