Source One Technical Solutions in Paris seeks an IT Systems Administrator to maintain the production Ticketing and POS stack, with 3+ years in SQL Server, SSRS, T-SQL, Windows server, and security concepts.

You will ensure ITIL-compliant incident, problem and change management, document SOPs, train teams on POS systems, and collaborate with Group IT and business units to meet requirements, including night/weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience with SQL Server, SSRS, T-SQL, Windows server/desktop OS.
• Awareness of PCI compliance best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Galaxy Ticketing System is a plus.
• Willingness to support night/weekend/holiday shifts.

Description du poste

• Ensure the configuration aligns with business needs, complies with Group IT policies, and guarantee the operational maintenance in production of the "Business Applications" subdivision of Company's Paris' Information System - specifically the entire "Ticketing" application stack (Ticketing System, Points of Sale, etc.);
• Oversee the management of admissions inventory, including tickets and time slots, coordinating with various sales channels;
• Participate in multiple concurrent projects, ensuring initiatives are completed successfully in a timely manner;
• Develop and enforce clear, comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures, documenting all system administration tasks, as they relate to business processes and requirements;
• Coordinate and conduct system training sessions for team members across various business units, with a focus on POS systems;
• Perform software version upgrades, ensuring testing and documentation in line with Software Development Best Practices best practices;
• Ensure compliance with all ITIL processes, especially for incident, problem, and change management, as established by the IT department;
• Provide thorough documentation and tracking of system issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively and promptly;
• Collaborate with all IT stakeholders, Company's Paris' and Group's alike, to ensure requirements from all relevant business departments are met to achieve common goals;
• Develop and execute test scripts and scenarios for ticketing and admissions related systems, including webstore, APIs, and system integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, T-SQL, Windows server/desktop operating systems, basic network, and cybersecurity concepts;
• Awareness of PCI compliance best practices;
• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Must be fluent in English and French;
• Basic technology troubleshooting, knowledgeable in T-SQL language including stored procedures and views, SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Server and productivity tools, hands on experience with point-of-sale systems;
• Basic knowledge of, or experience supporting, a CRM system, with prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem being a significant plus;
• Demonstrated proficiency in ticketing and admissions POS systems, with Galaxy Ticketing System experience being a significant plus;
• Understanding and management skills in admissions operations;
• Strong inclination towards teamwork and fostering a collaborative environment;
• Flexibility to support the attraction during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
