Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd seeks a System Administrator for a new immersive destination in Paris. You will manage the ticketing and POS stack, oversee admissions inventory, and ensure ITIL-aligned operations across venues. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential to meet shared objectives.

You will develop SOPs, deliver training, and coordinate system upgrades while maintaining security and PCI practices. Fluency in English and French is required to support diverse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 3+ years with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, T-SQL, Windows servers/desktops.
• Awareness of PCI compliance best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication; fluent English and French.
• Solid troubleshooting with T-SQL, SSRS, SQL Server, and POS systems.
• Experience with CRM systems; Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align system configuration with business needs and IT policies.
• Maintain ticketing and POS application stack across channels.
• Oversee inventory management for admissions and time slots.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for system administration tasks.
• Deliver system training sessions across teams, focusing on POS.

• Document and track system issues to drive timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Develop test scripts for ticketing and admissions integrations.
