Job summary
Lightspeed in Paris is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Hospitality Sales team with opportunity processing, order reviews, and billing inquiries. You will help ensure compliance and contribute to team efficiency in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, hardware shipments, and customer support, with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience in an administrative role in a SaaS/tech environment.
- Strong written and spoken English and French; excellent communication.
- Proficient with Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk and Slack.
- Collaborative team player with ability to handle diverse tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide insight and support to Sales teams for opportunity processing.
- Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
- Process hardware shipments.
- Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
- Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.

- Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.
- Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
