Lightspeed in Paris is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Hospitality Sales team with opportunity processing, order reviews, and billing inquiries. You will help ensure compliance and contribute to team efficiency in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, hardware shipments, and customer support, with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum experience in an administrative role in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong written and spoken English and French; excellent communication.
• Proficient with Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk and Slack.
• Collaborative team player with ability to handle diverse tasks.

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Hospitality Sales team based in Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, and adjustments, all the while supporting the local Paris sales teams with administrative tasks post sales. You’ll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.

• Process hardware shipments.

• Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.

• Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.

What you need to bring:

• Experience in an administrative function
