Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Hospitality Sales team in Paris. You will review and approve all new sales opportunities, process software returns, and support the Paris sales teams with administrative tasks post-sales.

You will thrive on solving complex problems and be a collaborative team player. You’ll liaise with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries and help monitor daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative function.
• Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field.
• Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack.
• Remarkable communication skills.
• Perfect written and spoken French and English.
• Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight and support to Sales teams for opportunity processing.
• Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
• Process hardware shipments.
• Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
• Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.
• Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.
• Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.
• Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
