Sunweb Group is seeking a Holiday Services Specialist in Paris to be the first point of contact for customers before, during, and after their holidays. You’ll handle inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social channels, delivering clear solutions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires excellent French and English, a customer-first mindset, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and good English communication.
• Customer service mindset with strong listening skills.
• Experience handling multi-channel inquiries (phone, chat, email, social).

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, Live Chat, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Trustpilot and other channels.
• Handle day-to-day customer requests using our systems and processes.
• Assess situations quickly and provide clear, appropriate solutions; transfer complex cases.
• Follow up on requests to ensure smooth resolution; collaborate with teams to improve service.
