Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Roubaix, France, to be the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.

You will understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and guide users through processes with accuracy. This role requires fluency in French and English, and includes a relocation package and onsite office environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn in the Travel field.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
