BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in France to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will communicate via phone, email, chat and other channels, understand needs, and provide accurate solutions while ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to resolution. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries on orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and procedures through training.
