Navan is seeking a Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel support from their Paris office. This hybrid role requires three days in-office and two days remote, focusing on customer satisfaction while resolving travel-related issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in travel consulting, is fluent in both French and English, and is comfortable using various tech tools. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall travel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Experience in contact center or customer-facing roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Guide customers in self-service options on the Navan platform and app.
• Give feedback to stakeholders on goal progress and key processes.
