JLL in Paris is seeking a Facilities Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will oversee Total FM in France across the main office and satellite sites, directing hard and soft services, financials, and client satisfaction.

Lead onsite teams, coach staff, and align workplace strategy with the client. Requirements include at least 5 years in facilities or engineering, and fluency in French and English. This on-site role is based in Paris with a dynamic, high-spec environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a facilities, property or engineering role with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience leading site-based teams and managing contracts.
• Fluent in French and English.
• French-speaking required in France; able to coordinate with multiple offices.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of operational contract delivery for the Paris site and satellite offices.
• Manage onsite team, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure H&S compliance, sustainability, and customer service delivery.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors and facilities partners.
