Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facility Manager for an on-site role in Paris, France. The position handles IFM responsibilities for the client, coordinating with site leaders, HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to maintain top operational standards.

Candidates should have 4+ years in facilities management or customer service within a large organization, with fluency in French and English. Travel to client sites monthly and knowledge of EU facility legislation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Facilities Management or customer service within a large commercial organization.
• Proven experience managing facilities contracts and supplier/contractor relationships.
• Knowledge of EU Facility legislation and governing bodies.
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience preferred.
• Fluency in both French and English required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites monthly.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.).
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for all IFM matters and property management for the client.
• Liaise regularly with client's administrative stakeholders to ensure comprehensive IFM delivery and high standards.
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings.
• Conduct regular meetings with Landlord to ensure lease terms are fulfilled (external maintenance, central plant management).
• Perform regular monthly site inspections.
• Oversee and manage vendors delivering daily office cleaning services.
• Oversee and ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and BMS.
