Vibe in Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product roles. You will build pipelines for specialized technical profiles and work with hiring managers to define requirements before starting a search.

You’ll conduct structured candidate conversations, keep applicants informed, and ensure candidate experience reflects Vibe’s culture. This hybrid role offers growth and a clear path to seniority within a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• You've run full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-growing company.
• You've built candidate pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill technical roles.
• You've managed a hiring process end to end, from outreach through offer.
• You communicate clearly with both candidates and engineering hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from intake to offer.
• Build sourcing pipelines for specialized technical profiles, including Data and ML roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements before opening a search.
• Run structured candidate conversations that give hiring managers real signal.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage of the process.
• Track pipeline health and flag bottlenecks before they slow a search down.
• Represent Vibe’s culture and mission to candidates considering multiple offers.
