You will partner with CTO and CPO, lead onboarding, performance processes, and internal mobility across 250+ tech and product talents, fostering a high-performing culture in an international environment.

Qualifications
- 5 years of HR leadership in tech/product ecosystems.
- Experience in tech scale-ups.
- Ability to translate product roadmaps into people strategies.
- Strong coaching skills for senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Talent strategy and onboarding.
- Work with CTO and CPO on workforce planning.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract tech talent.
- Oversee onboarding for developers & product managers.
- Lead skills management and development plans.
- Drive internal growth and learning culture.
- Lead bi-annual performance reviews and POPs.
- Facilitate internal mobility and career pathing.
- Coach tech and product leads on leadership.
- Support retention initiatives through data-driven insights.
