Vibe is seeking an HRBP to lead the people agenda for France, Europe, and Asia, partnering with the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering while guiding employee relations and French labor law compliance across France.

You’ll report to the HRBP Director in New York and help shape talent growth across three continents, with ownership of strategic regional initiatives and collaboration with senior technical leaders.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years as an HRBP or HR generalist, including scale‑up and larger groups.
• Working knowledge of French labor law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting engineering and product teams.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Familiarity with People programs like Total Rewards, performance cycles, or internal mobility.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders across France, Europe, and Asia on the full talent lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
• Serve as the primary HR partner to the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering on their technical teams.
• Lead employee relations across France, from everyday cases to complex situations.
• Own compliance with French labor law across all people practices.
• Coach managers across the region to raise the bar on people management.
• Advise on organizational design as the technical org scales.
• Build career frameworks that give technical teams clear growth paths.
• Adapt company‑wide People programs to the local context: Total Rewards, performance, mobility.
