Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience running full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-growing company.
• Built candidate pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Managed a hiring process end to end, from outreach through offer.
• Communicated clearly with both candidates and engineering hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, from intake to offer.
• Build sourcing pipelines for specialized technical profiles, including Data and ML roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements before opening a search.
• Run structured candidate conversations that give hiring managers real signal.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage of the process.
• Track pipeline health and flag bottlenecks before they slow a search down.
• Represent Vibe's culture and mission to candidates considering multiple offers.
