Job summary

Notion is building the GTM motion for its in-region teams. The Solutions Consultant Manager will lead a team of Solutions Consultants, owning new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and renewals, and be accountable for both results and the quality of execution that produces them.

This role is based in Paris, France. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you will coach the team to ensure consistent performance and strong adoption across opportunities.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying B2B selling experience with workflow design and live demos.
• Frontline sales management: operating cadence, onboarding, performance management.
• Strong coaching: diagnose demos/deals and advise improvements.
• Commercial instincts at team level: read pipeline health and manage urgency.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to adopt them.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's commercial output across new logo, expansion and renewals.
• Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion from first meeting to adoption hand-off.
• Lead regional operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal support, forecast calls.
• Hire, onboard, certify new SCs and manage performance with clarity.
• Partner with regional BDR on pipeline strategy and qualification standards.
• Collaborate with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs and renewal strategy.
• Represent the team in leadership forums with clear signals on investments and issues.
