Job summary

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant Manager to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model. You will own the team’s commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and ensure high-quality execution. This role emphasizes coaching, pipeline discipline, and strategic leadership across a region.

The role is based in Paris, France, with in-office days on anchor days. You will partner with the BDR team and Outcomes leadership to align strategies and drive growth for Notion’s GTM programs.

Qualifications

• Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design or technical sales.
• Frontline sales management: cadence, performance mgmt, onboarding to overperformance.
• Strong coaching orientation: diagnose deals and tell reps what to change.
• Commercial instincts: read pipeline health, identify risks, drive urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and renewals.
• Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion from first meeting to adoption hand-off.
• Contribute to regional operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal support, forecast calls.
• Hire, onboard, certify new SCs and manage ramp to consistent execution.
• Partner with regional BDR on pipeline strategy and qualification standards.
• Collaborate with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs and renewal strategy.
• Represent your team in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working.
