Notion is seeking a General Manager, France, to lead the go-to-market strategy and growth for one of Europe’s largest markets. Based in Paris, you will guide a country-first, AI-native operating system with frontline managers and cross-functional teams, shaping revenue outcomes and regional strategy.

You will hire and coach leaders across BDR, Solutions Consulting, and Outcomes Architecture, align with Services and RevOps, and push for faster, durable customer value while building Notion’s

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience, including leadership in SaaS or AI sales & GTM in France.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS or AI businesses.
• Proven second-line leadership with frontline managers and IC teams.
• Track record of owning revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal dynamics.
• Agency & Urgency: able to move quickly and decisively.
• Experience selling or leading GTM teams around AI/automation/workflows.
• Strong strategic judgment to define a country plan and align teams around outcomes.
• Operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline generation, and territory planning.
• Executive presence with CIO/CTO/COO buyers and business transformation.
• Knowledge of modern GTM motions across multiple functions.
• Builder mindset with curiosity for agent-first workflows and co-building with customers.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, accountable for regional revenue.
• Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams.
• Scale a country-first GTM motion with local executive engagement and fast field decision-making.
• Open doors, grow professional workspaces, and connect self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
• Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum and peer influence.
• Embed AI-era GTM model across the team with agent-enabled journeys and workflows.
• Drive agentic transformation from problem to AI-powered workflows for France.
• Partner with Solutions, Outcomes, Forward Deployed, Services, Channel to reduce handoffs.
• Build partner motions in France with co-sell plays and enablement.
• Establish Notion as a visible force through events and customer advocacy.
• Represent customer voice to Product/Marketing/EMEA leadership on AI and localization.
• Create a talent destination by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs.
• Drive forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, and cross-functional execution.
