Notion is seeking a General Manager, France, to lead the GTM strategy and growth for France, a top priority market in EMEA. You will drive revenue outcomes, oversee frontline managers and cross-functional teams, and shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model.

You will work with leaders across BDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Outcomes Architects, partnering with Services, Channel, and RevOps to deliver measurable customer value and scalable growth in Paris and beyond.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience, including SaaS or AI sales teams in France.
• Second-line leadership experience with frontline managers and ICs.
• Fluency in French and English.
