Onoff Telecom in Paris is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own payroll, onboarding and office operations across Paris and Bucharest.

You will ensure smooth payroll inputs for France, manage employee files and contracts, and support benefits and HR data reporting. This role combines HR administration with facilities coordination in a global setting, with typical two days of remote work.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of French payroll practices and basics of French labor law.
• Familiar with HRIS systems (Lucca) and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll / HR Administration & Benefits: prepare monthly payroll inputs for France (absences, bonuses, hires, leavers, changes).
• Ensure accurate transmission of payroll data to provider and support payslip checks.
