Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience processing French payroll and French social security.
• End-to-end payroll operations including inputs, payslip checks, and declarations.
• Experience coordinating with external payroll providers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Fluency in French and English; autonomous and proactive mindset.
• Experience with ADP Decidium or other French payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage French payroll end-to-end for in-house processing.
• Ensure accurate salary payments for ~300 employees and ensure tax/right social contributions.
• Collect inputs, verify payslips, perform reconciliations, and declare social charges.
• Collaborate with external providers and internal Legal/Finance teams.
• Drive payroll automation and process improvements using AI/Workday.
