Job summary

Riot Security is seeking a Head of Small Business in Paris to build and lead the SMB growth engine. You will define strategy, identify high‑leverage channels (SEO, paid, product-led growth), and ship scalable systems that drive onboarding, activation and retention.

This is a 0 -> 1, ownership-heavy role reporting to the CEO. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Customer Success to translate market insights into GTM improvements and help Riot expand internationally from

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth marketing experience with platforms, tooling and scalable systems.
• Product-minded and data-driven, able to link insights to GTM improvements.
• Autonomy and ownership with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate; fluent in English and native in French.

Responsibilities

• Build Riot’s SMB acquisition engine from the ground up with strategy and experiments.
• Own and optimize the full growth funnel from acquisition to activation and retention.
• Build scalable growth loops, automate processes and set up tracking frameworks.
• Run high-velocity campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, paid channels) with rapid test‑and‑learn cycles.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success to improve GTM.
