Job summary

Riot is seeking a senior growth/marketing lead to own end-to-end acquisition, leveraging AI to optimize campaigns across Europe and the US. You will manage multi-channel spend, build enterprise ABM programs, and closely align with sales to drive invoiced ARR while reporting directly to leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in growth with a strong track record, English proficiency, and native French, with Paris-based work or relocation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of strategy and a significant paid budget.
• Experience running Google, LinkedIn and Meta across 3+ countries, ideally including ABM campaigns.
• Full professional English proficiency and native French; capable of collaborating with sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Allocate spend by market and platform across Europe and the US with CAC targets.
• Run the full mix: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Microsoft; test new channels.
• Build ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts and define revenue-linked metrics.
• Develop AI-powered optimization, reporting, and automation for campaigns.
• Own the acquisition strategy from click to invoiced ARR; weekly leadership updates.
• Collaborate with content, brand, and sales to ensure alignment and impact.
