Job summary

Riot Security, a Paris-based cybersecurity awareness platform, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to own end-to-end acquisition across Europe and the US. You will map budgets, build AI-driven optimizations, and partner with sales to maximize invoiced ARR.

You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, craft enterprise ABM strategies, and localize assets for key markets while reporting to senior leadership. Fluency in English and native French are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of strategy and budget.
• Experience running Google, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns across at least 3 countries.
• Revenue-literate: able to read the funnel from click to invoiced ARR.
• AI-native: built workflows for optimization, reporting and localization.
• Proficient in English and native in French.

Responsibilities

• Allocate spend by market and platform across Europe and the US with CAC/CPL targets.
• Run the full mix of channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts.
• Develop AI-driven campaign optimization and consolidate reporting.
• Create fast, localized assets and landing pages for each market.
• Present weekly readouts to leadership and coordinate with sales on lead quality.
