Riot Security Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise accounts in Paris. You will own a portfolio of 20+ large clients, drive a balanced retention and expansion strategy, and partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.

You will onboard, advise, and lead strategic engagements, mapping stakeholders and surfacing growth opportunities. You should bring 5+ years in tech, a strong business mindset, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a similar function within the tech industry.
Strong business and revenue mindset with Enterprise exposure.
Experience working with Sales teams and supporting upsell/cross-sell motions.

Responsabilités

Own a portfolio of ~20 large Enterprise clients (2,000+ employees).
Drive retention by ensuring adoption and value realization.
Actively drive expansion with a target of $2.5M total net expansion.
Onboard and advise clients on best-in-class product usage.
Lead strategic customer engagements (Kick-offs, Business Reviews, Success Plans).
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to structure and close expansion deals.
Capture feedback and translate signals into concrete actions.
Improve internal processes and playbooks to scale large accounts.
