Job summary

Riot Security Inc. is seeking a senior Growth Marketer to own the acquisition strategy end-to-end, from budget allocation to invoiced ARR. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across Europe and the US, build AI-driven optimization systems, and collaborate with sales to maximise lead quality and revenue impact.

You will create fast, iterative assets, localise content for each market, and report weekly on performance with leadership. Paris-based or relocate to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in growth or performance marketing with budget ownership.
• Experience running Google, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns across multiple countries (3+).
• Revenue-literate: read the funnel from click to invoiced ARR and adjust budgets accordingly.
• AI-native in practice: optimization, reporting and localization workflows.
• Ability to build assets that convert with AI and lead magnets.
• Experience collaborating with SDRs, sales and leadership.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native in French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition strategy and funnel from click to invoiced ARR, by source and market.
• Allocate spend by market and platform with CAC and CPL targets.
• Run multi-channel campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and more) across Europe and the US.
• Build ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts with sales input.
• Develop and deploy an AI-driven campaign optimization system and reporting.
• Create fast, iterative assets (creative, copy, landing pages) and localise for markets.
• Collaborate with content, brand and sales teams to align on strategy.
• Present weekly Readouts to the org and defend budget decisions.
